Refund Policy
We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If you have used your serum consistently for 30 days and are not happy with your results, contact us and we will work with you to find a solution — whether that is a replacement, store credit or full refund.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging and condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost to you, no questions asked.
